RETURN/Refund/ Exchange POLICY
- Customer must inquire about all returns within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable on returned items.
- No returns on Jewelry, or Sales/ Clearance items
- Final Sale (Final Sale) - Means non-refundable and non-returnable
- No refunds for Size issues (exchanges only for size issues)
*All exchange items must be in original condition before a return or refund is granted unless the items ordered were shipped incorrectly, or damaged.
