SHIPPING POLICY
  • Purchases of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 3 days of purchase EXCLUDING Sundays and Holidays, and all preorders/dropships
  • Customers pay for ALL Shipping Fees, unless there is a free shipping promotion Excluding resent items from the merchant back to the customer due to incorrect order or damaged items
 RETURN POLICY
  • Customer must inquire about all returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable on returned items.
  • No returns on Jewelry, or Sales/ Clearance items
  • Final Sale (Final Sale) - Means non-refundable and non-returnable
  • No refunds for Size issues (exchanges only for size issues) 
*All exchange items must be in original condition before a return or refund is granted unless the items ordered were shipped incorrectly, or damaged
*Please complete the return claim form including (Name) (Order Number) (Order Date) along with an image of incorrect or damaged merchandise. Once the request is received and approved an exchange of merchandise or refund will be processed.
